Kering seeks Financial Controller for Corporate FP&A in Paris. Drive financial close, budgeting, and performance management across holding and shared services operations.
Role & Responsibilities
- Contribute actively to monthly financial closures via SAP, including pass-through requests, reclassifications, and reconciliation verification (CCA/PCA)
- Ensure reliability and completeness of data consolidation in the HFM system and produce France closing books with variance analysis versus budget and prior year
- Reconcile intercompany flows and identify discrepancies in coordination with relevant entities
- Support cost centre directors from the holding and Shared Services France in performance management and key performance indicator (KPI) monitoring
- Lead budgeting processes (three cycles annually) by directing budget construction with France entity leaders while ensuring alignment with Group orientations
- Consolidate, challenge, and validate budget and forecast assumptions; integrate data into SAC, RUBIS, and HFM systems
- Conduct detailed P&L analysis versus budget, forecast, and prior year; prepare management reporting packages
- Contribute to continuous improvement of reporting tools and processes across the France scope
- Execute ad hoc analyses with high added value including ROI assessments, benchmarking, cost optimization, and intercompany recharging
- Participate in finance, data, and digital transformation projects
Qualifications
- Master's degree (Bac +5) in Finance or Accounting from a business school, engineering school, or university
- Minimum 3 years of experience in financial control or audit, preferably with exposure to holding or shared services environments
- Proficiency in accounting close mechanics including FNP, reclassifications, CCA/PCA reconciliations, and intercompany flows
- Fluent French; operational English appreciated in an international Group environment
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
- Knowledge of SAP and HFM systems is valued

Experience
3 years in financial control or audit, ideally with prior exposure to holding company or shared services structures
Education
Master's degree (Bac +5) in Finance, Accounting, or related field from a business school, engineering school, or university
