Kering is hiring a Financial Analyst in Petaling Jaya, Malaysia to support FP&A, reporting and inventory control across SEAO markets.

Role & Responsibilities
- Prepare and deliver monthly financial reporting (HFM/MRP), ensuring data accuracy, reconciliations and variance commentary.
- Drive budgeting and forecasting cycles including template management, consolidation and deviation analysis.
- Provide P&L and balance sheet analytics for assigned brands, markets or entities and prepare full set of accounts in SAP.
- Compile monthly and annual group reporting packages in HFM in line with group closing timelines.
- Prepare and maintain monthly balance sheet reconciliation packages and track open items for stakeholders.
- Perform inventory control across SEAO/ANZ (month‑end adjustments, sales‑by‑category reporting from JDA, stock movement monitoring and stock‑take support).
- Coordinate statutory and year‑end reporting activities, support audits, corporate tax filings and preparation of audit schedules.
- Act as primary daily contact for assigned brands and markets; collaborate with Retail Operations, Logistics, Brand Finance, Shared Services (P2P, R2R, MDM, Tech) and Corporate Legal on financial, inventory and compliance matters.
- Prepare supporting documentation for intercompany billing and service recharges; ensure correct GL coding, cost centre mapping and approval routing.
- Maintain data integrity across financial systems, support system changes and testing, and document SOPs to strengthen controls and harmonise processes.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years' experience in commercial finance within a multinational or comparable environment.
- Relevant professional accounting qualification preferred.
- Strong written and verbal command of English.
- Demonstrable attention to detail, strong sense of responsibility and collaborative team orientation.
- Ability to adapt to fast‑paced change and manage competing priorities.

Experience
Minimum three years of commercial finance experience, ideally within a multinational organisation or the retail/consumer products industry, with exposure to month‑end close, statutory reporting and inventory control.
Education
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting or related discipline.
