Financial Analyst at Kering in Courbevoie — FP&A role managing financial consolidation, budget tracking, and IFRS compliance across entities.
Role & Responsibilities
- Conduct critical review of financial account submissions for quality assurance and IFRS compliance
- Identify and correct accounting anomalies and discrepancies in submitted financial data
- Ensure timely and compliant delivery of financial packages to consolidation tool
- Provide quality financial analysis to house controllers to support variance review and business decisions
- Monitor budget-to-actual performance across assigned entities and investigate significant variances
- Support house controllers in analyzing budget divergences and investigating root causes
- Identify process improvement opportunities and implement corrective actions
- Maintain data integrity and reliability within budgeting and consolidation systems
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree (Bac +5) in accounting and financial management (CCA/DSCG), finance, or related field
- First professional experience in audit firm, accounting firm, or international corporate environment
- Proficiency with ERP systems (preferably SAP)
- Expertise in consolidation software (preferably HFM/Oracle HFM)
- Advanced Excel and Office suite proficiency
- Strong analytical capability in accounting processes and financial flows
- Ability to adapt within an evolving team structure
- Capacity to understand and contribute to procedure development and evolution
Skills
Experience
First professional experience in audit, accounting firm, or international corporate environment. Experience in a Shared Service Center environment is valued.
Education
Bachelor's degree (Bac +5) in accounting and financial management (CCA/DSCG), finance, or related field.
