Kering Finance Transformation Manager in Petaling Jaya, Malaysia. Lead PMO for Finance systems implementation across APAC/SEAO.
Role & Responsibilities
- Lead PMO for Finance systems and process implementation across APAC and SEAO region within the Finance Transformation domain
- Champion effective project management and project controls within the Finance Transformation domain
- Oversee all Finance project implementation within the Transformation domain
- Manage timely delivery of project activities and establish escalation protocols
- Facilitate effective issue escalation and resolution across project teams
- Manage consolidated project status collection and dissemination
- Collaborate seamlessly with Global and Regional project teams on Finance system and process delivery
- Coordinate with APAC heads of FSSC (Finance Shared Service Center) for system and process related delivery
- Work with FT Delivery team on Finance system and process related activities
- Manage localization of adoption and learning tools
- Oversee effective project delivery by assigned vendor teams and project contractors
- Establish and implement best-practice project management standards, methods, and tools
- Champion organizational, system, and process changes across the Transformation domain
- Foster teamwork and cross-functional collaboration
- Execute ad-hoc assignments as required
Qualifications
- Diploma, Advanced Diploma, or Degree in Business Administration, Finance, or equivalent
- Project management certification: PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent
- Excellent and proven project management skills
- Excellent stakeholder management and relationship-building capabilities
- Minimum 3 years' experience managing Finance projects and/or PMO activities
- Finance transformation project experience (desired)
- Prior experience in retail, e-commerce, or shared services (advantageous)
- SAP knowledge (optional)

Experience
Minimum 3 years of professional experience managing Finance projects and/or PMO activities. Finance transformation experience is highly desirable. Prior exposure to retail, e-commerce, or shared services environments is advantageous.
Education
Diploma, Advanced Diploma, or Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Finance, or equivalent qualification.
