Kering is recruiting a Finance Transformation Intern for a six-month internship beginning in January 2027, supporting its international P2P Excellence & Efficiency programme. The role covers project coordination, performance and data analysis, Category Management, process digitalisation, change management and executive reporting across the Group’s Maisons and regions.
Role & Responsibilities
- Contribute to structuring and coordinating the P2P Excellence roadmap and its workstreams.
- Prepare steering committees, governance meetings and workshops.
- Consolidate roadmaps, initiatives and action plans across Maisons and regions.
- Track key decisions, risks, dependencies and project progress.
- Monitor and analyse P2P performance indicators, including PO coverage, automated processing rates, invoice processing times, payment terms and on-time payment.
- Benchmark performance across Maisons, regions and processes.
- Analyse purchasing, supplier and invoice data to identify opportunities for improvement, consolidation and value creation.
- Help strengthen master data quality and reporting reliability.
- Support activation of priority purchasing categories and related Category Management workshops.
- Contribute to spend and supplier analyses, supplier-panel rationalisation initiatives and identification of Group-wide opportunities.
- Support deployment of the Vendor Search Tool and adoption of Vendor Discipline principles.
- Identify opportunities to harmonise suppliers, purchasing practices and payment terms across Maisons and regions.
- Contribute to deployment of P2P solutions, including e-invoicing, punch-outs, internal catalogues and other automation initiatives.
- Participate in operational diagnostics and identify high-impact actions.
- Help design and document target processes, standards and best practices.
- Explore opportunities in data, automation and artificial intelligence to improve process efficiency, analysis and decision-making.
- Collaborate with Finance, Purchasing, Retail Operations, Master Data and Shared Services teams across EMEA, the Americas and APAC.
- Contribute to the P2P adoption roadmap through training, communications and stakeholder support.
- Participate in regional and local workshops and track implementation actions.
- Develop communications and training materials tailored to user audiences and purchasing use cases.
- Structure project deliverables and prepare high-quality presentations and management summaries.
- Turn complex analyses into clear, actionable recommendations.
- Track actions, milestones, risks, dependencies and decisions.
- Ensure coherence across P2P Excellence workstreams and contribute to management reporting.
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing a Master's degree at a business school, engineering school or university, ideally specialising in Finance, Data, Purchasing, Audit or Management.
- A first experience in Finance, Audit, Consulting, Purchasing or Transformation would be appreciated.
- Strong interest in Finance transformation, P2P processes, process optimisation, data and digitalisation.
- Fluent French and English, both written and spoken; Italian is an advantage.
- Excellent command of Excel and PowerPoint; knowledge of SAP or Finance/Purchasing tools is a plus.
- Strong analytical skills, rigour and ability to synthesise information.
- Comfortable with both quantitative analysis and project management topics.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and an interest in international environments.
- Curiosity, proactivity and a strong willingness to learn, with a genuine interest in understanding end-to-end processes rather than working on isolated topics.
