Role & Responsibilities

• Lead the R2R accounting team through month-end and year-end closing cycles with strong controllership and technical oversight
• Drive process streamlining and automation initiatives to accelerate the closing process and enhance quality
• Extend R2R expertise and best practices across APAC Shared Services and regional country finance functions
• Establish and monitor Service Level Agreements (SLAs), including scope definition, KPIs, target unit costs, and quarterly performance reviews
• Facilitate implementation of the COSO internal controls framework across assigned markets, ensuring control objectives are identified, designed, executed, documented and reviewed
• Lead cross-team collaboration on end-to-end process alignment, including P2P, O2C, countries finance, SAP technical teams, and APAC Centers of Excellence
• Drive technical knowledge transfer and training on new accounting standards and regulatory changes
• Manage stakeholder expectations during R2R process transitions to align with global core processes
• Actively participate in ad-hoc assignments, process improvement initiatives, and Kering Group transformation projects
• Design and implement action plans to achieve and maintain established service levels

Qualifications

• Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business or equivalent qualification
• Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or equivalent professional accounting certification
• 5 to 10 years of relevant experience in accounting, finance, or financial operations
• Previous experience with Big 4 accounting firms (required)
• Regional APAC experience (preferred)
• Deep knowledge of financial regulations and accounting processes
• Proficiency in SAP ERP and Excel, with advanced data manipulation capabilities

Skills

Experience

5 to 10 years of relevant experience in accounting, finance, or financial operations, including prior Big 4 audit or advisory experience. Regional experience within APAC markets is highly valued.

Education

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or equivalent discipline. Certified Public Accountant (CPA) qualification or equivalent professional accounting credential required.
