Kering seeks a Finance Manager – R2R for its Finance Shared Services team in Petaling Jaya, reporting to the Senior Manager of R2R. The role leads finance transformation, supports management decisions through analysis, and oversees month-end and year-end reporting, account reviews and audit and tax coordination.
Role & Responsibilities
- Provide stakeholders with timely, detailed insights and visibility into business performance to support decision-making.
- Lead Finance transformation by identifying opportunities for technology adoption and process streamlining.
- Develop and maintain documentation on SLA and KPI analysis.
- Perform ad hoc analyses to support management decision-making.
- Prepare and review the full set of accounts, including P&L, balance sheet, cash flow and audit schedules, for month-end and year-end reporting; ensure financial statements comply with applicable accounting standards.
- Analyze balance sheet and profit and loss accounts and conduct balance sheet reviews.
- Collaborate with internal control, internal and external auditors, and tax agents on related matters in a timely manner.
- Handle other ad hoc tasks as needed.
Qualifications
- Degree in accounting.
- At least 7 years of work experience, including 3 years in team management.
- Good knowledge of accounting standards.
- Preferred experience in accounting and commercial roles within a multinational environment with a hybrid reporting matrix.
- Proven track record as a business partner, delivering decision support and enabling strategic initiatives to enhance organizational financial performance.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Adaptability to rapidly changing requirements.
- Self-driven, with an analytical mindset; agile and inquisitive.
- Ability to multitask, work under pressure and meet tight reporting deadlines.
- Attention to detail and excellent analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
- Minimum travel required for the role.
