Kering seeks a Finance Learning Transformation Project Management Intern in Paris for a six-month internship starting in January 2027.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Support the Adoption Team in delivering the Finance Learning Transformation programme, including gathering information, delivering training materials and supporting Finance adoption, including adoption of AI tools.
  • Contribute to formalising training deliverables.
  • Prepare and update project documentation, including plans, reports, schedules and tracking materials.
  • Update project management tools with progress, statuses and follow-up items.
  • Collect and organise existing Finance training materials.
  • Map and align training materials with business processes.
  • Update, organise and publish training content in Degreed, the Learning Management System.
  • Ensure training materials are accessible, clear and suitable for users.
  • Contribute to digitising training materials using AI.
  • Contribute to the design, development, testing and improvement of documentary AI agents that facilitate access to, analysis of and use of business knowledge and content.
  • Document design and methodology deliverables.
  • Act as a point of contact for cross-functional teams, including Finance, IT, HR and other stakeholders.
  • Prepare presentations and reports for management.
  • Track stakeholder feedback and help address questions, comments and identified pain points.
  • Analyse data on training effectiveness, including engagement and feedback.
  • Help assess the success of training modules after launch.
  • Research best practices in digital learning and process optimisation.
  • Contribute to strategies for keeping training content up to date.
  • Participate in ad hoc projects or topics according to priorities during the internship.

Qualifications

  • Master’s-level studies in Business, Corporate Finance, project management or a related field.
  • Curiosity, openness to learning, strong organisation and time-management skills, rigour, and the ability to manage multiple tasks concurrently.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent professional proficiency in both English and French, written and spoken; deliverables will be produced in English, and the role involves regular communication with international counterparts.
  • Microsoft Office proficiency; SAP and project management tools are an advantage.
