Kering Finance Data Analyst in Paris - Design and deliver advanced analytics solutions to support global Finance operations.
Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver reliable, secure, and scalable reporting across Finance processes (P2P, R2R, O2C, A2R, FP&A, etc.)
- Translate business needs into robust data models and insightful visualizations, leveraging best-in-class BI practices
- Integrate advanced analytics capabilities, including predictive analytics, machine learning models for anomaly detection and classification, and generative AI use cases
- Ensure high standards in data quality, performance, and usability across all Finance analytics solutions
- Contribute to continuous improvement of Finance analytics through user feedback and usage analysis
- Explore, test, and recommend new technologies, tools, and methodologies in AI/ML and data automation frameworks
- Participate in proofs of concept to validate innovative use cases before industrialization
- Ensure all developments follow robust documentation, testing, and deployment standards
- Monitor performance and reliability of data models and dashboards, implementing optimization strategies as needed
- Contribute to data governance and internal control frameworks, ensuring compliance, traceability, and auditability
- Support Finance teams in adopting BI and analytics solutions through training sessions, documentation, and self-service enablement
- Provide expertise in data modeling, Power BI (DAX), and SQL optimization to the broader team
Qualifications
- Academic background in Finance, Engineering, Business Analytics, Data Science, Economics, or a related field
- Approximately 2 years of previous experience in a similar Finance data analyst or BI analyst role
- Strong proficiency with Power BI and DAX
- Advanced SQL and Excel skills
- Knowledge of DBT (highly desirable)
- Fluent English; French proficiency is a strong advantage
- Strong analytical mindset with meticulous attention to detail

Experience
Approximately 2 years of previous experience in a similar Finance data analyst, Business Intelligence analyst, or data analytics role. Experience with Finance transactional data systems, accounting processes, and financial reporting is strongly valued. Familiarity with Insight Analytics platform or similar cloud-based BI solutions is advantageous.
Education
Academic background in Finance, Engineering, Business Analytics, Data Science, Economics, or a closely related discipline.
