Role & Responsibilities
- Support the design, development and implementation of the brand, product and sales training strategy for North America in partnership with the Head of Training and Retail Excellence.
- Plan and execute the annual training calendar and own the virtual training cadence using participation and performance data to inform content and scheduling.
- Own communications for the annual training calendar and training initiatives across internal and external stakeholders.
- Develop engaging learning solutions using instructional design methodologies and adult learning principles in collaboration with subject matter experts across Sales, Marketing, Product and After‑Sales.
- Maintain and update training content on the Learning Management System (LMS) and support development of CE‑accredited courses.
- Facilitate seminars, workshops, webinars, onboarding programs and sales events for Sales teams and clients across North America; manage registration, coordination and post‑event reporting for external trainings.
- Lead evolution of brand and product training within the Sales onboarding journey in coordination with HR and maintain field engagement through regular sales and retail excellence team shadowing.
- Track and report on all training activities, monitor training and travel budgets, and operate defined office days for reporting, tracking and planning.
- Drive continuous improvement of training processes, tools and internal visibility to ensure cost‑effective delivery and measurable business impact.
Qualifications
- Minimum 5–7 years of professional experience in training, learning & development or talent development roles.
- Bachelor of Science in Education, Training, Talent Development or related field.
- ABOC certification required.
- Availability to travel up to 85% across North America.
- Fluent in English; Spanish and/or French are a plus.
- Experience in luxury industries and a strong passion for elevated client experience.
- Experience working in an optical lab is highly desirable.
- Proven capability to design and deliver training to audiences of varying sizes and levels.
- Excellent organizational, project management and stakeholder‑management skills; ability to manage multiple initiatives in a fast‑paced environment.

Experience
A minimum of 5–7 years as a training or learning professional, preferably with prior exposure to luxury retail environments; experience in an optical lab is an advantage. Proven track record facilitating large and small group trainings, developing instructional content, and managing cross‑functional training projects.
Education
BS in Education, Training, Talent Development or a related discipline.

The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 80,000 to USD 110,000 per annum.
