LINDBERG (Kering Eyewear) Training Assistant — student position in Aabyhoej, Denmark. Part-time (≈16 hrs/week) supporting global training and onboarding.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Support onboarding of new international sales representatives and partners
  • Coordinate and maintain global training schedules and logistics
  • Create, update and adapt content for training sessions and the digital learning platform
  • Assist with planning and delivering internal training events at headquarters
  • Provide day-to-day administrative and ad hoc support to the Training team

Qualifications

  • Current enrolment in a bachelor’s or master’s programme (e.g., Marketing, Business Administration, Economics, Communication or related discipline)
  • Availability to work approximately 16 hours per week alongside studies
  • Clear spoken and written English
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Collaborative team player who remains adaptable and positive under pressure

Experience

No prior professional experience is required; this is an entry-level student role. Interest or some exposure to retail, training or customer-facing operations is advantageous.

Currently enrolled in a bachelor’s or master’s degree programme (Marketing, Business Administration, Economics, Communication or similar).

Workplace

The successful candidate will be located in Aabyhoej, Central Denmark Region, Denmark, with easy access to Aarhus.
