Role & Responsibilities

  • Support the onboarding of new sales representatives globally.
  • Coordinate and manage training schedules.
  • Develop and maintain content for training sessions and the digital learning platform.
  • Assist in planning and executing internal staff training.
  • Perform daily ad hoc tasks within the team.

Qualifications

  • Currently pursuing a relevant bachelor's or master's degree.

Skills

Fluency in English, both written and verbal, including presentation skills. Ability to work effectively in a team environment. Strong organizational and prioritization skills. Adaptability and quality-consciousness in a dynamic work environment.

Experience

No prior experience required, but a background in training or sales support is advantageous.

Education

Currently pursuing a bachelor's or master's degree in a relevant field.
