Kering Eyewear Trade Marketing Specialist in Milan, Italy. Support luxury eyewear brand activation across markets and channels.
Role & Responsibilities
- Support the definition and execution of Trade Marketing strategies and activation plans across markets and distribution channels, ensuring brand consistency and compliance with Brand Guidelines
- Monitor Trade Marketing investments and support budget planning and tracking across markets and channels
- Collect Trade Marketing material orders from markets and monitor inventory levels and consumption in collaboration with the Logistics team to ensure efficient stock management
- Identify, share, and promote best practices to drive continuous improvement and enable scalability across different markets
- Coordinate cross-functional stakeholders to ensure successful planning and execution of Trade Marketing initiatives
- Support the planning and implementation of retail and shopper marketing projects, including innovative in-store and digital retail initiatives
- Foster a customer-centric mindset by understanding market needs and contributing to solutions that enhance consumer experience
Qualifications
- Fluency in Italian and English, both written and spoken
- Good project management and organizational skills
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with proven ability to collaborate across multi-regional and cross-functional teams
- Proactive, results-oriented mindset with eagerness to learn
- Strong understanding of brand consistency and Brand Guidelines
Skills
Experience
Minimum 2 years of experience in Trade Marketing, Marketing, or a related field within an international environment. Experience in consumer goods, sports and lifestyle, or luxury sectors is preferred.
Education
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Management, Economics, or a related field
Workplace
This position is based in Milan, Lombardy, Italy.
Compensation
The base compensation for this position is EUR 30,000 per annum.
