Role & Responsibilities

  • Manage the Trade Marketing Tools Tracker, including demand planning for POP/GWP/incentives, project tracking, vendor management, and Cartier door approvals.
  • Follow up on various projects such as VM projects, CRM events, trunk shows, 360° projects, and DRC/pop-up initiatives.
  • Produce regular reports and calendars, including monthly visibility reports, trade marketing calendars, and weekly POP order reports.
  • Translate guidelines for VM, Go-To-Market, brand, and special projects.
  • Support the development of new tools, including new POP materials, GWPs, and packaging.

Qualifications

  • Relevant internship experience in fashion or cosmetics is advantageous.
  • Proficiency in English is required.

Skills

Strong organizational and project management skills. Ability to produce detailed reports and manage calendars. Proficiency in translating and developing marketing guidelines. Capability to support new tool development in marketing.

Experience

Prior internship experience in the fashion or cosmetics industry is considered a plus.
