Kering Eyewear in London seeks a Trade Marketing Graduate Trainee to support UK, Nordics & Netherlands trade marketing and retail activations.
Role & Responsibilities
- Support the UK, Nordics & Netherlands Trade Marketing team in the execution of trade marketing plans, including visibility, promotional incentives and category management.
- Manage POP materials lifecycle: monitor availability, coordinate shipments to stores and control adherence to assigned budgets.
- Prepare sell‑in materials and visual assets to support the sales force and In Store Specialist team.
- Produce regular reports and deliver analysis to monitor trade marketing projects and inform decision‑making.
- Act as a first point of contact for the In Store Specialist team, understanding their needs and providing relevant documentation and support.
- Support the organisation of retail events, trainings and internal activations.
- Create and adapt brand visuals using global creative masters; liaise with print agencies on artworking and ensure strict compliance with brand guidelines and copyright.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in marketing, business, communications, visual merchandising or related discipline; recent graduates encouraged to apply.
- Proven proficiency in Microsoft Office: Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
- Fluent written and spoken English; Dutch or Scandinavian language skills an advantage.
- Practical experience or coursework in trade marketing, retail merchandising or brand activation (internships or project work acceptable).
- Basic graphic design competency or familiarity with Adobe creative workflows preferred.

Recent graduate or up to 1 year of professional experience, preferably including internships or placement roles in trade marketing, retail, brand activation or merchandising within fashion, eyewear or luxury sectors.
Education
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, communications, visual merchandising or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
