Kering Eyewear seeks Trade Marketing Executive in Tokyo, Japan to execute localized marketing initiatives and drive brand visibility across retail channels.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Support planning, execution, and coordination of BTL (Below-the-Line) marketing activities in collaboration with Trade Marketing Manager, VMD team, and cross-functional departments
  • Develop and implement channel-specific and brand-specific marketing initiatives, promotions, and events tailored to the Japanese market
  • Establish, execute, monitor, and follow up on effective marketing action plans aligned with brand strategy and approved budgets
  • Conduct regular market visits to identify business opportunities and growth potential
  • Track and evaluate marketing activities, measure effectiveness and ROI, and monitor competitive activity and market trends
  • Manage distribution and retail execution of POP materials; manage demand planning and forecasting of POP materials for all brands and assigned customers
  • Support budget management and ROI analysis
  • Collaborate with Trade Marketing Manager, local marketing team, APAC marketing team, and other cross-functional teams on all marketing activities
  • Coordinate with suppliers and external partners to ensure successful project execution
  • Support Sales team in securing in-store visibility and space share while maintaining premium brand presentation standards
  • Assist Sales team in preparing and supporting customer meetings and buying days
  • Work with Training team to support brand training initiatives and communicate brand vision and strategy to internal and external stakeholders
  • Perform ad hoc projects and assignments as required by management and business needs

Qualifications

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in Trade Marketing, Sales Support, or a related field
  • Business-level English proficiency
