Kering Eyewear in Petaling Jaya seeks a Trade Marketing Executive to manage POSM, BTL campaigns and local trade activation.
Role & Responsibilities
- Implement local marketing initiatives and POSM visibility projects, ensuring timely execution and alignment with regional marketing, sales, clients and external vendors.
- Support development and execution of local marketing plans that reflect market and channel needs while adhering to global and APAC brand guidelines, with emphasis on Below‑the‑Line (BTL) activities.
- Coordinate with Customer Service and Logistics to secure on‑time delivery and stock availability of POSM materials and products according to approved plans and timelines.
- Monitor and track monthly marketing expenditures to enforce budget discipline and alignment with forecasts.
- Prepare and maintain campaign performance, visibility and execution status reports for local and regional stakeholders.
- Support organisation and execution of local buying days and commercial events in close collaboration with the Sales team.
- Assist the Assistant Trade Marketing Manager in cross‑functional coordination to ensure smooth day‑to‑day marketing operations.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications or a related discipline.
- 1–2 years’ experience in trade marketing preferred; exposure to cosmetics, fashion or luxury sectors is an advantage.
- Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
- Strong analytical aptitude with proven reporting capability.
- Excellent communication, organisational and problem‑solving skills; ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders.
Skills
Experience
Preferably 1–2 years in trade marketing or a closely related commercial/marketing role; experience within cosmetics, fashion or luxury eyewear is beneficial.
Education
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business or a related field.
