Kering Eyewear Supply Chain Specialist – Setteville, Italy. Join the luxury eyewear leader managing procurement and logistics at the Visard manufacturing plant.
Role & Responsibilities
- Ensure proper issuance and management of purchase orders through the information management system
- Monitor order confirmations and follow up with suppliers to ensure timely delivery compliance
- Maintain continuous alignment with suppliers regarding delivery progress, dedicated stock, and work-in-progress (WIP)
- Collaborate with the Logistics team on delivery planning and priority management
- Verify the accuracy of shipping documentation and ensure system data is kept current
- Support the Quality Department in managing returns and rework while ensuring full traceability of information
- Monitor delayed materials, analyze root causes, and activate corrective actions in coordination with relevant functions
- Analyze supplier performance metrics including service levels and quality, preparing structured and shared reports
- Contribute to ongoing process improvement by proposing solutions to optimize workflows and systems
Qualifications
- Prior experience in Supply Chain, Procurement, or planning within manufacturing environments
- Strong capability in managing and monitoring purchase orders and material flows
- Familiarity with enterprise resource planning systems and reporting tools such as Excel
- Data analysis skills and problem-solving orientation
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to liaise effectively with suppliers and internal departments
- Precision, organizational discipline, and results-driven mindset
- Experience in the eyewear sector or structured manufacturing contexts is a plus
- Secondary education diploma or equivalent qualification; specialized training is preferred
