Role & Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary technical translator between engineering partners and internal stakeholder teams (design, marketing, commercial), ensuring technology aligns seamlessly with design philosophy and luxury standards
- Own the technical product roadmap for the Smart Glasses collection, converting complex hardware specifications and connectivity protocols into clear, marketable value propositions
- Validate performance benchmarks and technical features—from AI integration to audio quality—in partnership with technology partners, ensuring readiness for global launch
- Transform technical specifications into compelling marketing narratives that resonate with consumers and elevate the commercial team's messaging
- Monitor emerging technology trends including augmented reality components, miniaturized electronics, and firmware innovations to maintain competitive positioning
- Serve as the primary technical liaison for external technology partners, managing hardware and software integration into the luxury eyewear platform
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering (Electronics, Telecommunications, or Computer Science), or a related technical discipline; MBA or advanced marketing credential is advantageous
- Minimum 4+ years of experience in Product Marketing or Technical Product Management within wearables, consumer electronics, or IoT sectors
- Demonstrable expertise in PCB design, wireless connectivity protocols, sensor integration, and the technical challenges of miniaturizing electronics for wearable devices
- Proven ability to explain complex technical architecture and system integration to non-technical audiences without sacrificing precision or nuance
- Strategic orientation with the capacity to evaluate how technical decisions impact end-user experience and brand equity
- Experience managing complex projects across multiple time zones and cross-cultural team environments
- Professional fluency in English and Italian, both written and verbal

Experience
4+ years in Product Marketing or Technical Product Management within wearables, consumer electronics, or Internet of Things (IoT). Candidates should demonstrate a track record of successfully bridging technical engineering teams with commercial and design functions, with particular strength in translating hardware specifications into market-compelling narratives and managing complex multi-stakeholder product initiatives.
Education
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or Engineering (Electronics, Telecommunications, or Computer Science) or related technical field. An MBA or comparable advanced credential in marketing or product management is strongly preferred.

Compensation
The base compensation for this position is EUR 40,000 per annum.
