Role & Responsibilities

  • Deliver engaging product and technical training sessions on Smart Glasses to internal teams and clients, translating complex technologies into clear and commercially relevant value propositions
  • Support Smart Glasses launches, events, roadshows, and market activations, ensuring consistent learning experiences across channels and regions
  • Create and maintain training materials, presentations, digital learning content, and onboarding journeys to support product adoption
  • Collect feedback from markets and clients, identifying training needs, adoption barriers, and opportunities to continuously improve learning programs
  • Build and demonstrate expertise in Smart Glasses technologies, AI-powered features, wearable ecosystems, and emerging consumer technology trends
  • Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Product, and external technology partners to support education and go-to-market initiatives
  • Monitor training effectiveness and engagement metrics, translating insights into actions that drive product knowledge, adoption, and commercial success

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Learning & Development, Business, Marketing, Communication, or related field
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in training, product education, retail education, optics, consumer electronics, or related areas
  • Previous experience in eyewear, wearable technologies, or consumer technology products
  • Demonstrated ability to speak confidently in front of audiences and deliver compelling presentations
  • Proven capability to translate complex technical concepts into simple, engaging, and commercially relevant messages
  • Willingness to travel across markets as required
  • Fluent in English and Italian; additional languages a distinct advantage

Compensation

The base compensation for this position is EUR 36,000 per annum.
