Kering Eyewear in Milan seeks a Smart Glasses Go‑To‑Market Manager to lead global launch and distribution strategies for an innovative wearable category.
Role & Responsibilities
- Define and lead global Go-To-Market strategies for the Smart Glasses category, from pre‑launch planning through market rollout and scale-up.
- Design distribution models, route‑to‑market scenarios and channel roles, establishing eligibility criteria and rollout sequencing in partnership with Category, Commercial and Marketing teams.
- Develop launch playbooks, market guidelines and scalable GTM frameworks starting from zero, including training materials, demo solutions and operational requirements.
- Set success metrics for a new category and implement a tracking framework to lock core KPIs and measure category performance post‑launch.
- Coordinate cross‑functional teams (product, marketing, retail, commercial, operations) to ensure aligned and timely execution across markets.
- Analyze early performance, sales data and market feedback to continuously optimize GTM approaches and commercial propositions.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, retail partners and strategic stakeholders to ensure market needs are met.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Marketing, Management, Economics or a related discipline.
- Minimum five years' professional experience in Go‑To‑Market, distribution, category management or closely related roles.
- Proven track record launching disruptive or hybrid categories; experience with wearables, consumer electronics or technology products is highly desirable.
- Experience within Eyewear, Beauty or Luxury industries is a strong advantage.
- Demonstrated ability to operate in ambiguity and to design processes and frameworks from first principles.
- Strong project management and stakeholder coordination capabilities.
- Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.

At least 5 years of progressive experience in Go‑To‑Market, distribution or commercial roles with demonstrable responsibility for product launches; prior exposure to disruptive or hybrid categories (preferably in wearables, consumer electronics or luxury eyewear/beauty) is strongly preferred.
Education
Master’s degree in Marketing, Management, Economics or a related field.
