Role & Responsibilities
- Lead and develop the Trade Marketing team across UK, Nordics, and Netherlands markets, fostering a culture of trust, empowerment, and accountability
- Drive Trade Marketing strategy, planning, and execution aligned with Brand and Company guidelines, ensuring excellence at point-of-sale (visibility, cross-selling, share of space) and on-time, on-budget delivery
- Oversee staff training programs and in-store excellence initiatives, coordinating with local optical trainers and the global training team
- Design and implement the training strategy for the region, ensuring optimal skill development across the Optical Trainer and In-Store Specialists network
- Lead definition and execution of sales event strategy, ensuring achievement of business objectives within assigned budgets
- Act as strategic partner to Sales teams, aligning trade initiatives with commercial priorities and creating tailored trade plans for key customer accounts
- Collect and consolidate market feedback from local teams to maximize effectiveness of showroom activities and international sales campaigns
- Define and monitor KPIs and ROI metrics, analyze market trends and competitive landscape, and provide actionable recommendations to optimize marketing effectiveness
- Lead category management and assortment strategy across the perimeter, defining optimal product mix by local channel and customer to maximize sell-out performance
- Collect and consolidate product and collection feedback from markets, contributing to continuous improvement and supporting product strategy decisions
- Ensure efficient budget allocation and delivery of visibility and customer activation solutions for key customers
- Champion customer-centric mindset across all trade initiatives and drive impactful sales events and key client activations
Qualifications
- 8+ years of proven experience in Trade Marketing, Marketing, and Sales within international and matrix organizations
- Experience in FMCG, luxury, beauty, or consumer goods industries
- Demonstrated experience leading and developing teams with focus on leadership, coaching, and building cultures of trust and accountability
- Experience managing cross-functional projects and collaborating with Sales, Marketing, and HQ functions
- Proven track record in budget management and delivering results aligned with business objectives and ROI targets
- Strong understanding of category management and assortment optimization across different markets and channels
- Deep understanding of in-store execution excellence, including visibility, merchandising, and customer experience

Proven experience of 8 or more years in Trade Marketing, Marketing, and Sales roles within international and matrix organizations, preferably in FMCG, luxury, beauty, or consumer goods industries.
