Kering Eyewear seeks an SAP MM IT Analyst in Limena, Italy to manage Procure-to-Pay processes and SAP MM solutions.
Role & Responsibilities
- Translate complex business requirements into viable IT solutions that support end-to-end processes, with a strong focus on Procure-to-Pay.
- Manage and configure the SAP FMS MM module in accordance with customizing and development standards, with attention to Purchase Requisitions (PR) and Purchase Orders (PO).
- Participate in IT Supply Chain and Logistics projects, supporting all phases of SAP solution design, implementation and roll-out.
- Design, execute and lead Unit Tests and User Acceptance Tests (UAT) in collaboration with Key Users and business stakeholders.
- Serve as first-line contact for internal IT queries; create, analyse and validate detailed functional specifications.
- Facilitate design sessions with business partners to define efficient solution approaches and ensure alignment with process objectives.
- Support project management activities including tracking timelines and technical deliverables, and coordinate with external consultants to secure delivery.
- Produce and maintain internal and end-user documentation; act as primary reference for AMS (Application Maintenance Services).
- Report to the IT Senior Project Manager on project progress and proactively propose system or process improvements to enhance efficiency and user satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Degree in Computer Science, Engineering or a related technical discipline.
- 4–5 years of professional experience in SAP functional roles or IT business analysis.
- Demonstrable, in-depth expertise in SAP MM with specific experience across Procure-to-Pay processes (PR and PO).
- Proven experience leading Unit Testing and UAT activities with business users.
- Strong technical mindset with the ability to author detailed functional specifications and liaise with development teams.
- Result-oriented, curious and proactive problem-solver with a collaborative attitude.
- Excellent command of English.

Experience
4–5 years in SAP functional roles, IT analysis, or similar positions with hands-on exposure to SAP MM and Procure-to-Pay implementations.
Education
Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a technical field.
