Kering Eyewear Sample Specialist temp role in Bridgewater, NJ. Manage sample inventory, logistics, and operations for luxury eyewear brands. $23–$28/hr.
Role & Responsibilities
- Support regional sample processes ensuring adherence to company policies and operational efficiency
- Analyze and report annual sample gaps based on inventory consolidation and reconciliation
- Manage and facilitate annual sample budgets for headquarters in alignment with the commercial team
- Present quarterly key findings and insights to senior leadership on sample management performance
- Provide monthly updates to the Senior Director of Customer Operations for North America
- Coordinate sample logistics for brand ambassadors and new product releases (four times per year), working with headquarters and logistics to process orders in SAP
- Process brand ambassador sample returns throughout the year at New Jersey and Italy plants
- Support annual sample inventory management and reconciliation efforts with brand ambassadors and showrooms
- Facilitate quarterly sample recalls and maintain optimal inventory levels to achieve target sample counts
- Maintain and analyze monthly sample-related KPIs to drive data-informed decision-making
- Manage sample order workflows in coordination with local planning, logistics, and headquarters teams
- Collaborate with sales teams and event organizers to identify sample needs, track requests, and ensure material availability and optimal condition
- Support on-site event logistics for large commercial events, working with internal and external partners
- Update sample management process documentation and procedure flows
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy
- Conduct training sessions on sample policies and procedures
- Maintain accuracy and integrity of customer master data through current record management
Qualifications
- Minimum 3+ years of experience in B2B fashion or similar environment
- Experience in sales support, logistics, or sample management preferred
- SAP implementation and/or usage experience is an advantage
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
- Comprehensive understanding of pre-sales and order-to-cash processes
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
- Working knowledge of SAP preferred
- Excellent organizational and analytical skills
- Strong verbal and written communication abilities
- Proven collaborative and cross-functional team player mindset
