Kering Eyewear Sales Support Specialist in Brno, Czech Republic — B2B customer service role managing order-to-cash, CRM and sales reporting.
Role & Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries across multiple channels and act as the first point of contact for commercial, logistics and product queries.
- Identify and escalate priority issues to appropriate stakeholders to ensure timely resolution.
- Provide accurate product and service information to customers and support the creation of new business opportunities through proactive outreach.
- Maintain and ensure accuracy, completeness and integrity of customer master data.
- Manage the order-to-cash process from order acquisition and entry to delivery follow-up, liaising with planning and logistics teams.
- Oversee goods returns and claims in line with agreed trade terms and resolve customer complaints.
- Support the organization and execution of sales events, buying days, collection presentations, customer trainings and visits.
- Produce sales- and customer-related reporting for the sales team and senior management.
- Propose and support implementation of improvements to customer-service procedures, processes and systems and participate in ad hoc sales projects.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in similar sales support, customer service or order management roles.
- Fluency in English and either Czech or Slovak (both languages indicated as mandatory).
- Proven ability to operate in fast-growing, dynamic environments.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills and a customer-oriented mindset.
- Familiarity with sales principles and order-to-cash processes; B2B customer service experience considered a plus.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word); experience with CRM and SAP is an advantage.

At least 2 years in sales support, customer service, order management or a comparable role; prior exposure to B2B customer service and order-to-cash processes is advantageous.
Education
Bachelor's or Master's degree.
