Sales Support Specialist maternity cover role at Kering Eyewear in Bridgewater, NJ. Support luxury optical sales with B2B account management and customer service expertise.
Role & Responsibilities
- Support and manage Brand Ambassadors through timely phone and email responses, processing order updates, discount adjustments, credit/debit note execution, and monitoring professional discounts in alignment with business KPIs
- Implement account management strategies for Elite Customers and Strategic Retailers based on their Service Level Agreements (SLAs)
- Validate and expedite active Quarterly Promotions to facilitate rapid order-to-sales management
- Maintain and enhance Sales Support procedures, processes, and systems to elevate the luxury experience across all channels
- Participate in sales events including Buying Days, brand presentations, onsite trainings, and customer visits through organizational preparation and execution
- Manage customer master data to ensure timely maintenance, accuracy, completeness, and pricing integrity
- Oversee complete order flow from acquisition to invoice in compliance with agreed trade terms
- Liaison with planning, logistics, and customers on delivery flow as the first point of contact for queries and issues
- Process commercial returns in compliance with agreed trade terms and Optical Sales Channel Commercial Policy
- Serve as the Brand Ambassadors' primary contact for commercial, logistics, and product claims
- Issue sales and customer-related reporting to support both internal sales teams and external customers
- Participate in ad hoc sales-related activities as required
Qualifications
- Minimum 2+ years of B2B Account Management experience
- Minimum 2+ years in a B2B customer service environment
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Business Administration, or equivalent business experience
- Demonstrated proficiency with SAP
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
- Sound knowledge of order-to-cash flows
- Working knowledge of Incoterms and customs regulations
- Fluency in English; fluency in French is a significant advantage
- Strong teamwork and customer service orientation
- Exceptional problem-solving and results-driven mindset
Skills
Experience
Minimum 2+ years of professional experience in B2B Account Management and B2B customer service environments. Sales experience within a controlled environment is advantageous.
Education
Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Business Administration, or equivalent business experience demonstrating comparable knowledge and competency.
