Kering Eyewear in Athens seeks a Sales Support Specialist to manage B2B order-to-cash, customer portfolios and wholesale operations.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Own the end-to-end lifecycle of an assigned B2B customer portfolio, optimising operational efficiency and supporting sales performance.
  • Manage the complete order flow from acquisition to invoicing, ensuring compliance with agreed trade terms and internal policies.
  • Coordinate delivery flow by liaising with Planning and Logistics and act as the first point of contact for customer queries or exceptions.
  • Perform channel and customer portfolio analysis and volume estimations to inform Sales and Operations planning.
  • Monitor order gaps versus targets and proactively engage Sales to recover missing orders or expedite customer follow-up.
  • Prepare and deliver sales- and customer-related reports and analyses to support account management and client dialogues.
  • Support sales events (e.g., Buying Days, sales campaigns) through organisational preparation and live execution.
  • Maintain customer master data — ensuring accuracy, completeness and pricing integrity.
  • Manage backorders and open order portfolios to maintain a clean ledger and drive timely resolution.
  • Administer commercial returns in line with trade terms and internal guidelines.
  • Propose and support the implementation of process improvements and system enhancements to increase customer service efficiency.

Qualifications

  • Degree in Business, Economics or related field.
  • 3–4 years' experience in a B2B customer service, sales support or order management role.
  • Fluent Greek and English (minimum C1); additional languages advantageous.
  • Proven familiarity with order-to-cash processes and commercial returns handling.
  • Working knowledge of Incoterms and customs procedures.
  • Experience with SAP and advanced Excel; PowerPoint for commercial reporting and presentations.
  • Strong teamwork, proactivity, adaptability and customer-centric orientation.
  • Demonstrable problem-solving skills and clear, trustworthy communication.
