Role & Responsibilities
- Ensure the accuracy, completeness, and integrity of customer master data.
- Manage the order flow process from acquisition to entry, ensuring compliance with trade terms and operational efficiency.
- Implement and enhance customer service-related procedures, processes, and systems.
- Prepare sales and customer-related reports to provide insights to the sales team and customers.
- Assist in the preparation and execution of sales events.
- Perform additional tasks as required by the team.
Qualifications
- Business Degree, Management Engineering, or Marketing with outstanding academic performance.
- Advanced proficiency in English; additional proficiency in Dutch, French, or Nordic languages is advantageous.
Skills
Experience
No prior experience is required, but relevant internships or placements in a similar field are advantageous.
Education
Bachelor's degree in Business, Management Engineering, or Marketing.
