Role & Responsibilities
- Support the Sales Support Team in the order-taking process, ensuring adherence to business policies and service excellence.
- Maintain and ensure the accuracy, completeness, and integrity of customer master data.
- Assist in the order flow process from acquisition to entry, gaining insights into trade terms and operational efficiency.
- Support the implementation and enhancement of customer service-related procedures, processes, and systems.
- Prepare sales and customer-related reports, providing valuable insights to the sales team and customers.
- Contribute to the preparation and execution of sales events.
- Perform other activities as required by the team.
Qualifications
- Business Degree, Management Engineering, or Marketing with outstanding academic performance.
