Role & Responsibilities

  • Support the Sales Support Team in the order-taking process, ensuring adherence to business policies and service excellence.
  • Maintain and ensure the accuracy, completeness, and integrity of customer master data.
  • Assist in the order flow process from acquisition to entry, gaining insights into trade terms and operational efficiency.
  • Support the implementation and enhancement of customer service-related procedures, processes, and systems.
  • Prepare sales and customer-related reports, providing valuable insights to the sales team and customers.
  • Contribute to the preparation and execution of sales events.
  • Perform other activities as required by the team.

Qualifications

  • Business Degree, Management Engineering, or Marketing with outstanding academic performance.

Skills

Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint. Advanced English language skills; proficiency in Dutch, French, or Nordic languages is advantageous. Strong teamwork capabilities. Methodical, analytical, and logical approach. Ability to plan work and meet deadlines. Attention to detail and accuracy. Problem-solving skills. Curiosity and innovative thinking. Clear and open communication.

Experience

No specific experience required, but a strong academic background and relevant skills are essential.
