Kering Eyewear is hiring a Sales Planner in Limena (Padova), Italy — manage global sales forecasting, planning and reporting at the Padova HQ.
Role & Responsibilities
- Own the global sales planning process and associated tools to produce a monthly aggregate sales forecast by brand, market and product type.
- Collect, consolidate and validate sales projections from regional and channel teams across geographies.
- Coordinate with markets and channels to discuss assumptions, reconcile data and secure validated inputs.
- Provide forecasts and variance data to the Demand Planning team and support root-cause analysis of deviations.
- Prepare and share regular deviation analyses at global and market levels to monitor order collection versus forecast and budget.
- Design a feasible global sales fulfilment calendar in collaboration with Demand Planning, Supply Chain and Sales.
- Analyse the order portfolio continuously and propose actions on composition, prioritisation and maintenance.
- Organise and lead periodic reviews with the sales organisation to review performance and define corrective action plans.
- Maintain and update reporting to ensure accurate process execution and clear business trend visibility.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Business Administration or a related discipline (or equivalent).
- 2–3 years’ experience in sales planning, demand planning or related forecasting roles within complex multinational organisations.
- Fluency in English, both written and verbal.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and the Microsoft Office suite.
- Experience with SAP considered an advantage.
- Strong analytical mindset with a problem-solving orientation and results focus.
- Proven ability to work cross‑functionally and influence stakeholders in matrix environments.

Experience
2–3 years in sales planning, demand planning or commercial forecasting roles within complex multinational or multi‑brand environments.
Education
Bachelor's degree in Economics, Business, Statistics or a related field (or equivalent experience).
