Sales Channel Operations Specialist at Kering Eyewear in Padova, Italy. Fixed-term role managing B2B order-to-cash flows and customer operations.
Role & Responsibilities
- Manage complete order-to-cash flow for assigned customer portfolio with accuracy and timeliness
- Coordinate customer portfolio activities across Sales and Operations functions to achieve service excellence and revenue targets
- Execute proactive planning and order flow management from acquisition through invoice in compliance with agreed trade terms
- Manage delivery flows by liaising with Planning, Logistics, and customers, serving as first point of contact for inquiries and issues
- Conduct rolling pick-and-pack effort planning to facilitate logistics volume management
- Perform channel and customer portfolio analysis and revenue estimation
- Identify missing orders against targets and coordinate with Sales for customer engagement
- Prepare order proposals based on channel, customer, assortment, and relevant criteria
- Generate key sales and customer-related analyses and reporting for Sales team and customers
- Support sales events including Buying Days, sales campaigns, brand presentations, and customer visits
- Maintain customer master data with attention to timeliness, accuracy, completeness, and pricing integrity
- Manage backorders and open orders portfolio
- Drive commercial returns management in compliance with trade terms and internal guidelines
- Monitor process efficiency and propose enhancements to Line Managers for implementation
Qualifications
- Business-related degree or equivalent business experience
- Fluent English at minimum C1 level
- Experience with SAP, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Strong understanding of order-to-cash flows
- Working knowledge of Incoterms and customs rules
- Customer-oriented mindset with demonstrated flexibility
- Proactive problem-solving capabilities
- Clear, open, and trustworthy communication skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
Skills
Experience
3–4 years of experience in a similar role within a B2B customer service environment. International sales experience within a B2B environment is advantageous.
Education
Business-related degree or equivalent business experience

This position is based in Padova, Veneto, Italy.
Compensation
The base compensation for this position is EUR 30,000 per annum.
