Role & Responsibilities

  • Acquire comprehensive knowledge of the 3O’s brands portfolio, selling processes, and the three-tier system within the eyewear industry.
  • Identify and cultivate new business opportunities while managing and nurturing existing customer relationships.
  • Attend industry events and organize trunk shows for high-volume accounts.
  • Enhance brand visibility and presence at points of sale by collaborating with the Trade Marketing team on product merchandising and in-store marketing activities.
  • Utilize technology to analyze data and drive sales growth.
  • Conduct analyses of sales data, market trends, competitor activities, and business results, providing insightful reports.
  • Support the sales organization with ad hoc requests.

Qualifications

  • Current senior or recent graduate with a degree in Sales, Business Management, Economics, Marketing, or related fields.
  • Passion for luxury and fashion industries.
  • Dynamic, proactive, enthusiastic, and curious individual with a fast-learning aptitude and commitment to teamwork.

Skills

Strong teamwork and communication skills with the ability to influence decision-makers. Strategic thinking and ability to identify opportunities and execute plans effectively. Proficiency in English; Spanish or Italian language skills are advantageous. Willingness to travel and relocate within the United States. Experience with CRM or SAP systems is beneficial. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

Experience

No prior professional experience required, but relevant internships or academic projects in sales or marketing are advantageous.

Education

Bachelor's degree in Sales, Business Management, Economics, Marketing, or a related field.
