Role & Responsibilities
- Gain comprehensive knowledge of the 3O’s brand portfolio, sales processes, and the three-tier system within the eyewear industry.
- Identify and cultivate new business opportunities while managing existing customer relationships through client visits and value-added solutions.
- Participate in industry events and organize trunk shows for high-volume accounts.
- Enhance brand visibility and presence at points of sale by collaborating with the Trade Marketing team on product merchandising and in-store marketing activities.
- Utilize technology to analyze data and drive sales growth.
- Perform sales data analysis, trend analysis, competitor analysis, and general reporting.
- Provide support to the sales organization on ad hoc requests.
Qualifications
- Current senior or recent graduate (within the past year) with a degree in Sales, Business Management, Economics, Marketing, or related fields.
- Demonstrated passion for luxury and fashion.
- Dynamic, proactive, enthusiastic, and curious individual with a commitment to teamwork and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong team player and excellent communicator with entrepreneurial autonomy and problem-solving skills.
- Strategic thinker capable of identifying opportunities and executing plans effectively.
- Proficiency in English; Spanish or Italian is advantageous.
- Willingness to travel and relocate across the U.S. if required.
- Experience with CRM or SAP is appreciated.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
