Kering Eyewear Sales Brand Ambassador in Orange County, CA – drive luxury eyewear sales and wholesale partnerships. USD 130K–150K.
Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver net sales targets by brand in the assigned territory across opticians, optometrists, and ophthalmologists (3Os)
- Build appropriate and qualitative door distribution while ensuring each brand preserves its DNA
- Develop strong, long-term customer relationships focused on maximizing sell-through
- Build a balanced brand sales portfolio across the territory
- Present and maximize sell-in of optical frames and sunglasses to wholesale customers
- Work with customers on visibility projects and trade marketing activations to optimize sell-through
- Provide in-store training to retail staff to maximize sales performance
- Deliver timely and accurate sales reporting and account management documentation
Qualifications
- Proven track record of growing sales and building door distribution among wholesale customers
- Strong relationships with retail customers built on service and trust
- Outstanding interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills
- University degree or equivalent professional experience
- Experience in fashion, luxury, cosmetics, or consumer goods environments
- Computer literacy in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Willingness to travel up to 90% of the time to visit clients
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment

Experience
Proven experience in wholesale sales, preferably in luxury goods, fashion, cosmetics, or consumer goods sectors, with a demonstrated ability to grow sales and build door distribution among retail customers.
Education
University degree or equivalent professional experience

The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 130,000 to USD 150,000 per annum.
