Role & Responsibilities
- Achieve net sales targets by brand within the designated territory, focusing on Opticians, Optometrists, and Ophthalmologists.
- Cultivate a qualitative door distribution strategy, ensuring each brand maintains its unique identity.
- Foster long-term partnerships with customers to maximize sell-through.
- Develop a balanced brand sales portfolio.
- Enhance the sell-in of optical frames and sunglasses.
- Collaborate with customers on visibility projects and trade marketing activations to boost sell-through.
- Conduct in-store training to optimize sales performance.
- Provide timely and accurate reporting.
Qualifications
- Proven track record in sales growth and door distribution among wholesale customers.
- Strong customer relationships built on service and trust.
- University degree or equivalent experience.
- Experience in fashion, luxury, cosmetics, or consumer goods sectors.
- Availability to travel up to 80% of the time.
