Kering Eyewear Sales Analyst in Milan — deliver sales analysis, dashboards and Global Channels reporting to support commercial decisions.
Role & Responsibilities
- Perform independent analysis of sales activity and marketing campaign performance and deliver concise reports and executive summaries to the manager, Global Channels team and cross-functional stakeholders.
- Continuously monitor brand distribution and channel performance; produce distribution analyses to inform go-to-market planning.
- Analyse competitor trends and results, producing comprehensive competitive intelligence dossiers for leadership review.
- Deliver ad hoc analyses on business results and KPIs to investigate areas of interest as requested by the manager.
- Design, build and maintain sales dashboards displaying agreed performance indicators; liaise with Finance, IT & Planning, Customer Service and Product to ensure data integrity and ongoing updates.
- Coordinate cross-functional Global Channels projects and manage ad hoc requests from internal stakeholders.
- Support preparation of monthly Global Channels business reviews by consolidating key data, collecting inputs from multiple functions and preparing Power Point presentations.
- Identify performance drivers from sales analyses and provide actionable recommendations to enable decision-making that increases profitability.
Qualifications
- Minimum three years of professional experience in Finance, Planning, or commercial analysis.
- Advanced expertise in Excel and Power Point for analysis and executive reporting.
- Fluency in Italian and English, both written and spoken.
- Exceptional analytical rigour with strong attention to detail and ability to synthesise complex data.
- Proven ability to work to tight deadlines, manage multiple priorities and deliver high-quality outputs.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with experience liaising across finance, product and commercial teams.
- Demonstrated critical thinking, problem-solving autonomy and capacity to translate analysis into actionable recommendations.

Experience
At least 3 years of hands-on experience in Finance or Planning with a focus on sales or commercial analysis; experience working with cross-functional teams and preparing executive-level reporting is expected.
Education
Bachelor's degree in Economics, Finance, Business Administration or a related discipline; equivalent professional experience in analysis or planning may be accepted.
