Role & Responsibilities

  • Implement technical training programs for various target groups including Sales Associates, Brand Ambassadors, and LABs in the assigned region.
  • Execute training programs through diverse formats such as training events, classroom sessions, and online modules.
  • Collaborate with various sales channels and clients to deliver effective training solutions.
  • Customize training materials provided by headquarters to meet specific market needs.
  • Lead the implementation of new training projects in the market.
  • Support local sales events by reinforcing technical messages during product presentations.
  • Analyze key performance indicators to assess training relevance and effectiveness.
  • Manage and monitor the travel budget to ensure cost-effectiveness.
  • Explore and propose new and efficient training solutions and methodologies.

Qualifications

  • 3-4 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Degree in Optics and Optometry with previous experience in the Optical Industry.

Skills

Proficiency in English at a minimum C1 level. Advanced expertise in MS Office, particularly PowerPoint. Familiarity with both traditional and modern training methods, including digital platforms. Excellent organizational skills. Strong focus on results and adherence to deadlines. Dynamic, proactive, flexible, and curious with a commitment to teamwork. Strong team player with excellent communication skills and an entrepreneurial spirit. Autonomous with strong problem-solving skills. Passionate and enthusiastic about optical training. Willingness to travel 60% of the time within the SEA region and India.

Experience

3-4 years of experience in a similar role within the Optical Industry.

Education

Degree in Optics and Optometry.
