Role & Responsibilities
- Enhance distribution quality and brand visibility across the East Region.
- Collaborate with top accounts to boost sell-out performance and revenue growth.
- Coordinate with the Head of Sales and regional sales teams to define store lists and objectives.
- Develop activity plans for in-store specialists, including visual merchandising and training, to be reviewed with the Head of Retail Excellence.
- Analyze KPIs for in-store specialists, providing insights and action plans to improve performance.
- Work with Go-to-Market, Trade Marketing, and Training teams to ensure effective trade marketing execution.
- Support in-store specialists to maintain high standards in trade marketing execution, conducting regular visits to top locations.
- Monitor sell-in, sell-out, and inventory data to assess client performance and identify new market opportunities.
- Foster a customer-centric culture focused on exceeding expectations.
- Lead, coach, and motivate the regional team, assessing and driving performance.
- Manage the regional team’s travel and expense budget.
- Provide feedback for improvement, promoting operational excellence.
- Identify, recruit, develop, and retain top talent in the region.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in Trade Marketing, Retail Marketing, or Visual Merchandising.
- Over 5 years of industry experience in Eyewear, Apparel, Fashion, Luxury, or Cosmetics sectors.
