LINDBERG (Kering Eyewear) seeks a Production Technician in Aabyhøj, Denmark — CNC laser and saw operator for titanium component production.
Role & Responsibilities
- Operate and program CNC-controlled laser cutting equipment for titanium and other sheet materials, ensuring safe and efficient production.
- Work within dry (coolant-free) machining processes and maintain machine cleanliness and process integrity.
- Measure sheet material and perform precision cutting using circular saws and cut-off saws; set up and adjust tooling accordingly.
- Read and interpret technical drawings and tolerance specifications to ensure dimensional compliance.
- Perform continuous quality inspections, document results, and follow corrective actions to maintain product standards.
- Participate in shift work, collaborate with the production team, and assist with production flow and handovers.
- Follow health, safety and environmental procedures; maintain orderly work areas and proper handling of materials.
Qualifications
- Practical experience with CNC laser cutting of titanium plates or comparable sheet materials.
- Experience operating saws for cutting and sizing materials (circular saws, cut-off saws).
- Proven ability to read technical drawings and apply tolerancing requirements.
- Accuracy in measuring materials and setting up cutting equipment.
- Detail-oriented, methodical, and able to maintain quality standards under time pressure.
- Reliable, able to work independently and as part of a team, and willing to work rotating shifts.
- Fluent Danish communication skills (written and spoken); English language skills are advantageous but not required.
- Forklift (truck) certificate is an advantage.

Experience
Hands-on experience in sheet-metal or component production, including material cutting and CNC laser operation; prior work with titanium preferred.
Education
Vocational training in metalworking, machining, mechanical production, or equivalent practical experience.
