Role & Responsibilities
- Define and coordinate production plans for new collections ensuring alignment with demand, material availability and manufacturing constraints.
- Supervise production programme progress, identify deviations and implement corrective actions in collaboration with core stakeholders.
- Analyse capacity, workloads and bottlenecks to optimise utilisation of internal departments and external suppliers (make & buy).
- Schedule production activities across internal workshops and external vendors, balancing priorities and supplier allocations.
- Maintain structured communications between Supply Chain, Logistics and Demand Planning to ensure alignment on priorities, delays and risks.
- Ensure availability and continuous updating of planning KPIs, production efficiency and on‑time delivery reporting.
- Support strategic allocation of styles to the supplier base to balance capacity and capability.
- Identify process improvements and contribute to the development of scheduling tools and planning methodologies.
- Foster a collaborative team environment and facilitate cross‑functional interfaces while ensuring adherence to company policies and operational standards.
Qualifications
- Degree in Industrial Engineering, Economics or a related discipline.
- 3–5 years of experience in Production Planning, Scheduling or Supply Chain within industrial/manufacturing environments.
- Strong knowledge of planning systems: MPS, MRP and Capacity Planning methodologies.
- Advanced Excel skills; experience with SAP or other structured ERP systems is preferred.
- Good command of English.
- Proven analytical problem‑solving skills, ability to prioritise and work under pressure.
- Effective communicator with operational leadership skills and cross‑functional collaboration experience.
- Team‑oriented, conflict management capability, results-driven with high attention to detail and proactivity.

Experience
3–5 years in production planning, scheduling or supply chain roles within industrial or manufacturing settings, ideally with exposure to multi‑supplier sourcing and new‑product industrialisation.
Education
Degree in Industrial Engineering, Economics or related discipline.
