Kering Eyewear seeks Product Marketing Specialist in Milan to analyze sales trends and support brand development across global luxury eyewear portfolio.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Conduct periodic analysis of sales trends and collection performance within Centralized Channels (DOS, International Key Accounts, Global Travel Retail, e-Commerce, Middle East and Africa, Emerging Markets) across the Kering Eyewear brand portfolio
  • Consolidate qualitative feedback from various markets and channels to support new product development in close collaboration with Global Brand Management throughout all collection development stages
  • Manage special channel and cross-functional projects involving multiple brands and business departments to ensure effective execution of 360-degree marketing initiatives, adherence to deadlines, and stakeholder alignment
  • Facilitate market research and competitor analysis to identify business development opportunities and market trends regarding products, pricing, trade marketing tools, digital requirements, and PR/communication needs
  • Support drafting of internal reports and lead catch-up meetings to review market and channel performance, monitor implementation, and share best practices for continuous improvement

Qualifications

  • Degree in Economics, Marketing, Fashion Studies, or related field
  • Proven experience in Eyewear, Watches & Jewellery, Beauty & Cosmetics, Fashion, or Accessories industries
  • Fluent in English and Italian (written and spoken)
  • Advanced proficiency in MS Office Suite, with advanced skills in Excel and PowerPoint
  • Strong ability to track, analyze, and interpret Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
  • Genuine passion for luxury products and keen awareness of industry trends
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills with proactive attitude and initiative
  • Collaborative mindset with natural disposition for teamwork and cross-functional synergy

Experience

Compensation

The base compensation for this position is EUR 30,000 per annum.
