Kering Eyewear in Padua seeks a Product Management Intern to support product development, supplier coordination and collection rollout.
Role & Responsibilities
- Coordinate the end-to-end product development calendar, from initial debriefs through delivery of first samples.
- Act as the primary interface between internal functions (design, technical, sourcing, quality, merchandising) and external suppliers throughout the development lifecycle.
- Ensure timely circulation and accuracy of technical documentation required to initiate prototype execution.
- Monitor and report progress against the product development plan, highlighting critical paths and escalation points to department heads.
- Propose corrective actions and contingency measures to meet deadlines while preserving quality and cost targets.
- Support preparation of launch documentation and materials to facilitate collection roll-out.
- Research and liaise with suppliers, testing centres and technical partners to source new materials, methods and technologies for approval.
- Provide proactive, hands-on support to brands to keep product information current and accessible across the team.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree (or current enrollment) in Economics, Fashion, Luxury Management or a related field.
- Demonstrable passion for fashion and the luxury sector.
- Excellent organisational and time-management capabilities with attention to process and detail.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a predisposition for teamwork and accountability.
- Analytical and problem-solving orientation with the ability to prioritise trade-offs between cost, quality and timing.
- Flexible, pragmatic, and hands-on approach to operational tasks.
- Fluent English (spoken and written).

Experience
Internship-level role; prior exposure to product development, sourcing or product coordination within fashion or luxury brands is advantageous but not mandatory.
Education
Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Fashion, Luxury Management or a related discipline — or current enrollment in such a programme.
