Role & Responsibilities

• Coordinate warehouse operations, including post-invoicing activities and dispatch of goods with local warehouse teams
• Ensure timely dispatches from the warehouse and monitor outbound shipments on a daily basis
• Manage last-mile delivery by liaising with logistics partners to resolve delays and ensure smooth delivery execution
• Maintain accurate logistics records, including timely POD (Proof of Delivery) collection and tracking delivery performance against timelines
• Support logistics cost tracking and reporting, identifying potential efficiency improvements
• Oversee inventory management processes, including monitoring new stock received in showrooms, tracking returns, and ensuring accurate inventory levels
• Coordinate and execute regular cycle counts and manage inventory reconciliation
• Update and maintain logistics databases, ensuring accurate transaction processing
• Collaborate with internal teams on operational tasks such as delivery challan creation and pickup arrangements
• Participate in projects and handle general administrative tasks as required

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in logistics, warehouse, or supply chain operations
• Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders including internal teams, warehouses, and logistics vendors
• Demonstrated problem-solving skills with the ability to handle operational issues proactively
• Proficiency with logistics systems and Excel; comfortable maintaining accurate records
• Strong communication skills and collaborative mindset
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced operational environment

Skills

Experience

At least 5 years of professional experience in logistics, warehouse operations, or supply chain management within a demanding operational environment. Proven track record in coordinating warehouse activities, managing inventory, and liaising with multiple external and internal stakeholders.

Education

Secondary education or equivalent; professional qualifications in supply chain management or logistics are advantageous.
