Kering Eyewear seeks a Legal Specialist in Milan to handle commercial and IT contracts with GDPR expertise in a luxury eyewear environment.
Role & Responsibilities
- Draft, review, and negotiate commercial agreements with emphasis on IT and technology contracts (SaaS, licensing, software development, outsourcing) in English and Italian
- Provide business-partnering legal advice to internal functions including IT, Digital, Operations, Events, and Marketing on contractual and related matters
- Support the company's privacy and data protection activities including GDPR compliance, data processing agreements, NIS2 compliance, privacy notices, and internal policies
- Coordinate with junior team members on contract review, legal research, and documentation
- Contribute to the drafting and roll-out of internal policies and procedures, including to subsidiaries
- Monitor legal and regulatory developments relevant to the business and proactively flag impacts
Qualifications
- Law degree
- Approximately 3 years of experience in commercial and/or IT contracts, gained in a law firm or in-house setting
- Prior exposure to GDPR (advantageous but not required)
- Fluency in both English and Italian
- Strong understanding of commercial contract principles and IT/technology licensing

Approximately 3 years of professional experience in commercial and/or IT contract law, whether in a law firm environment or as in-house counsel.
Education
Law degree (Laurea in Giurisprudenza or equivalent).
Workplace
This position is based in Milan, Lombardy, Italy.
Compensation
The base compensation for this position is EUR 34,000 per annum.
