Kering Eyewear in Milan seeks a Legal Intern focused on privacy and IT & technology contracts to join the Legal Team.
Role & Responsibilities
- Assist in drafting and reviewing privacy policies, notices and other data protection documentation to ensure compliance with GDPR and internal policies.
- Review and draft IT and technology agreements (in both Italian and English), including vendor, SaaS and technology services contracts.
- Conduct targeted legal research and assist in the preparation and drafting of legal memoranda and contractual clauses.
- Summarize, outline and organise legal documents to support the Legal Manager and Privacy Coordinator.
- Support cross‑functional teams on privacy and contractual matters and contribute to international or group-level projects as required.
Qualifications
- Law degree (completed or in progress; Laurea Magistrale in Giurisprudenza or equivalent).
- Fluent Italian and English (written and spoken); additional languages are a plus.
- Solid understanding of GDPR and core data protection principles.
- Familiarity with IT and technology contract structures and common commercial clauses.
- Strong drafting, analytical and organisational skills with high attention to detail.
- Highly motivated, collaborative and able to work effectively in a fast-paced, international environment.

Experience
Internship-level role; prior academic coursework or practical exposure to privacy, data protection or technology contracts is strongly desirable but extensive professional experience is not required.
Education
Law degree (completed or in progress; Laurea Magistrale in Giurisprudenza or equivalent).
