Kering Eyewear is seeking a Junior Sample Operations Specialist for its Sample Operations team at its Padua headquarters, reporting to the Sample Operations Manager. The role manages sample and finished-product requests, order processing and returns, and supports service levels and cross-functional coordination. The position follows the CCNL for companies producing eyewear and related articles; indicative starting compensation is €29,000, with additional benefits under company policies.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Manage the physical and accounting flow of samples for events, showrooms, the sales force and PR by issuing orders and authorizing returns, while monitoring activity to maintain optimal service levels and ensure relevant departments have timely access to required information.
  • Handle sample requests from internal stakeholders, including Sales, Marketing, Supply Chain and Product, with accuracy and urgency; monitor the portfolio and ensure dispatched samples are returned on time.
  • Manage finished-product requests for the company’s top executives with accuracy and urgency, taking the stakeholders involved into account.
  • Support the team in handling requests from local teams for showroom, agent and brand ambassador samples, helping oversee the related return flows.
  • Liaise with company departments to gather the information needed to process sample orders across product categories.
  • Configure the system to enable sample orders across product categories.
  • Contribute to teamwork and achievement of the team’s objectives.

Qualifications

  • 1–2 years of previous experience in similar roles in international, structurally organized companies.
  • Excellent command of English.
  • Degree in economics, business, languages or a related field.
  • Good knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Knowledge of SAP is an advantage.
  • Ability to analyze information and manage stress and priorities.
