Kering Eyewear in Munich seeks a Junior HR Business Partner to support HR operations, talent acquisition and business partnering (German & English).

Role & Responsibilities

  • Act as a trusted HR business partner to local leaders, advising on people strategies, organisational design and employee engagement to support growth and profitability targets.
  • Drive end-to-end talent acquisition for the assigned perimeter, ensuring timely hiring and cost efficiency.
  • Operate and progressively manage core HR processes in alignment with Group guidelines: Talent Acquisition & Management, Employer Branding, Learning & Development, Compensation & Benefits and employee engagement.
  • Coordinate with external local partners for HR administration, payroll and HR operations ensuring compliance with local labour law and Group requirements.
  • Manage local HRIS activities, internal reporting and people analytics to inform business decisions.
  • Support deployment and calculation of sales force incentive schemes and local performance management processes.
  • Support employee relations, compliance and health & safety initiatives and contribute to a diverse, agile and empowered workplace.

Qualifications

  • University degree in Economics, Business Administration, Human Resources or equivalent qualification.
  • 1–2 years' experience in an HR generalist or HR administration role within structured, internationally present organisations.
  • Practical knowledge of employee legislation and local labour law.
  • Fluent written and spoken German and English.
  • Proven organisational skills, process orientation and the ability to prioritise effectively.

Experience
