Kering Eyewear in Milan seeks a Junior Hospitality Accounts Specialist to support hospitality accounts, merchandising and trade marketing.
Role & Responsibilities
- Support the identification and scouting of new commercial opportunities and retail partners in the hospitality channel.
- Contribute to the development of commercial plans and brand assortments for assigned international customers to maximise sell-out.
- Analyse and periodically review customer assortment plans and KPIs (sell-through, productivity per door) to optimise range and allocation.
- Define and coordinate trade marketing and PR initiatives for assigned customers, overseeing BTL budgets and campaign execution.
- Coordinate cross‑functional implementation of bespoke retail concept projects with GTM, Corporate Design and Trade Marketing teams.
- Manage and coordinate invoicing and procurement-related activities (PR, MIGO, supplier registration).
- Liaise with Operations (SCO, Planning, MJ) to ensure high service levels for assigned customers and maintain commercial SLAs.
- Prepare internal reporting and monitor business performance using BI platforms such as MAKAI or equivalent tools.
Qualifications
- University degree in Business Management or a related discipline.
- Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience in a commercial, account or wholesale role; experience within eyewear, fashion or luxury goods is advantageous.
- Excellent command of English and Italian, both written and spoken.
- Strong organisational skills with proven time‑management and multi‑tasking capability.
- Analytical mindset with problem‑solving orientation and attention to commercial KPIs.

Minimum of 1 year in a similar commercial or account-facing role, preferably within eyewear, fashion, luxury retail or wholesale environments.
Education
University degree in Business Management or similar field.
