Role & Responsibilities
- Prepare and support company target-setting and analyse current business performance, producing rolling forecasts at account and market level in line with the S&OP process.
- Collaborate with account teams to review performance and develop growth and recovery plans to inform demand planning.
- Produce and maintain SKU-level demand forecasts for a 12–15 month rolling horizon.
- Act as the planning point of contact for market-specific projects and proactively support their delivery.
- Drive continuous improvement to customer service levels while optimising finished-goods inventory in line with commercial guidelines and company strategy.
- Implement and maintain reporting tools to monitor and analyse key market KPIs.
- Execute back-office planning tasks in close collaboration with sales support and supply-chain teams to provide timely information to stakeholders.
- Support the implementation of IT solutions that enable and streamline demand-planning activities.
- Contribute to team objectives and foster collaborative working across functions.
Qualifications
- Degree in economics, business, engineering or a scientific discipline.
- 1–2 years' experience in demand planning, forecasting or a related planning role; experience in multinational organisations is a plus.
- Familiarity with SAP is considered a plus.
- Excellent command of English.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Office tools.
- Strong team orientation and collaborative mindset.
- Proven problem-solving aptitude and analytical rigour.

Experience
Minimum 1–2 years in demand planning, forecasting or related planning roles; prior experience in multinational or matrixed organisations preferred.
Education
University degree in economics, business, engineering or a scientific discipline.
